Urgent requirement: powder coating line operator (Nebraska)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Loup County, Nebraska. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
