We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Clark County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces On the job you will handle: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
