Kitchen steward • Asa, Kwara State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Asa, Kwara State. You will be based in a catering unit. On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
