The role involves mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place. Requirements: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
