Industrial sewing operator — Phillips County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Phillips County, Colorado. You will work in a small denim manufacturing unit. The role involves: • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift Requirements: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
