We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Washington County, Iowa. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
