External wall insulation fitter — Wilcox County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Wilcox County, Alabama. You will work in lofts and crawl spaces. On a typical shift you will install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks. What we are looking for: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience.
