Great opportunity: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Warren County, Virginia. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. The role involves maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
