Bakery assistant — Epe

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Epe, Lagos State. You will work in a bread factory. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe ₦275,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
