Now hiring: prep cook (Pennsylvania)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
