Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Gibson County, Indiana. On a typical shift you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
