Scaffolding supervisor • Johnson County, Illinois

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scaffolding supervisor in Johnson County, Illinois. You will be based on a busy construction site. You will fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level. Requirements: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold 4+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
