Powder coating line operator — Greene County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Greene County, Ohio. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
