We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Iosco County, Michigan. On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
