Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Charlotte County, Florida. On a typical shift you will raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages We offer $3,000 per project plus benefits.
