Line cook — Worcester County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Worcester County, Maryland. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience.
