Lorry driver • Franklin County, Maine

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lorry driver in Franklin County, Maine. You will be based at a busy distribution depot. On the job you will handle: • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Confident with manual handling and load securing Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer $19 per hour plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
