Cnc setter-operator • Lee County, Alabama

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Lee County, Alabama. You will work in a job-work machining unit. You will change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; write and edit G-code programs at the control. What we are looking for: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
