What we are looking for: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances The role involves: • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
