Powder coating operator wanted in Valley County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Valley County, Montana. You will work in a busy paint shop. On a typical shift you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
