Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Phillips County, Arkansas. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Rotating shifts.
