What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Good eye for colour matching and blending The role involves strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting.
