Pot washer wanted in Pendleton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Pendleton County, Kentucky. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 3+ years on the tools preferred.
