Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Edwards County, Texas. Day to day you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; score the top of loaves before baking; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
