Great opportunity: we are hiring a tyre technician in Jackson County, Texas. You will be based at a car service centre. You will fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly; remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts; rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule; balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres. You should have: • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
