We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Okaloosa County, Florida. Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience.
