You should have: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins We offer $27 per hour plus benefits.
