Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc turner in Perquimans County, North Carolina. You will work at a busy machine shop. Your main tasks: • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Write and edit G-code programs at the control You should have: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
