EHS coordinator • Surry County, North Carolina

We are recruiting: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Surry County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations On the job you will handle: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) 5+ years on the tools preferred.
