Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Clear and reset tables between covers • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
