Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Jo Daviess County, Illinois. You will be based at a banquet hall. Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
