Electrostatic spray painter • Jackson Parish, Louisiana

Great opportunity: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Jackson Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Your main tasks: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Rotating shifts.
