Now hiring: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Harvey County, Kansas. You will work in a meat processing plant. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On a typical shift you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
