We are recruiting: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Greene County, Alabama. The role involves: • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet Ideal candidate: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens 4+ years on the tools preferred.
