Urgent requirement: surface coating operator (Abia State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Umuahia South, Abia State. The job is on an industrial coating line. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes You will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat.
