The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
