Road roller operator — Atchison County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a road roller operator in Atchison County, Missouri. Your main tasks: • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Understanding of safe digging near underground services Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
