Roofer wanted in Bedford

Vacancy available: we are hiring a roofer in Bedford, England. You will be based at a sheet metal roofing workshop. Day to day you will lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater. What we are looking for: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • A good head for heights and steady balance • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
