TIG welder — Baxter County

Now hiring: we are hiring a TIG welder in Baxter County, Arkansas. The job is in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. What we are looking for: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Able to pass a weld test on the spot The role involves select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
