Vertical milling machine operator • Hays County, Texas

Now hiring: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Hays County, Texas. On a typical shift you will carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls 3+ years on the tools preferred. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
