Vacancy available: formwork carpenter (Pennsylvania)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Bedford County, Pennsylvania. You will work on a metro and tunnel project. Requirements: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules Day to day you will erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience.
