Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Nevada County, Arkansas. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
