VMC operator wanted in Sequatchie County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a VMC operator in Sequatchie County, Tennessee. You will work in a toolroom. You will set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square. Requirements: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
