Long-haul driver — Uhunmwonde

Immediate opening: we are hiring a long-haul driver in Uhunmwonde, Edo. You will be based at a busy distribution depot. Ideal candidate: • Valid digital tachograph card • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Confident with manual handling and load securing Your main tasks: • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays Six days a week, one day off.
