Now hiring: we are hiring a fry cook in Rimi, Katsina State. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
