Panel painter — Arlington County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a panel painter in Arlington County, Virginia. You will be based at a dealership paint shop. Your main tasks: • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint Ideal candidate: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to read and match factory paint codes 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
