Immediate opening: moulder (Ondo State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a moulder in Odigbo, Ondo State. You will work at an aluminium die-casting plant. Requirements: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling On the job you will handle: • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects 1+ years on the tools preferred.
