Falsework carpenter — Albasu

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Albasu, Kano State. The role involves box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level 1+ years on the tools preferred.
