Tower crane operator • Kemper County, Mississippi

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Kemper County, Mississippi. The role involves: • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity Ideal candidate: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
