Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Fremont County, Colorado. The job is in a meat processing plant. On a typical shift you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends.
